Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver exceptional on-site after-sales support for mobile & crawler crane products. This role involves providing outstanding technical assistance to clients, ensuring operational efficiency and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy machinery repair and maintenance, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience servicing cranes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct installation, commissioning, and maintenance of crane systems on-site
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and load-testing to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Train clients on safe crane operation, maintenance protocols, and troubleshooting basics
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to escalate complex issues and improve product design
  • Document service activities, including fault diagnostics, repairs, and parts usage, in detailed reports
  • Manage spare parts inventory and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy lifting equipment servicing, preferably cranes
  • Strong communication skills in English; ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Valid driving license and ability to work autonomously
