Clinical Research Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Research Nurse to join our team at Nucleus Network. As a Clinical Research Nurse, you will play a critical role in the coordination and supervision of staff and participants within the clinical unit.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the coordination and supervision of staff and participants within the clinical unit
- Ensure procedures and guidelines are conducted to industry standards
- Administer Investigational Products, prescription and medications
- Provide general nursing care, monitoring patient's well-being and taking appropriate action when necessary
- Conduct procedures such as vital signs, ECG's, blood collection, blood processing and data collection
- Act as the nurse in charge and work within a higher scope of practice when required
- Registered Division 1 Nurse with AHPRA (no restrictions)
- 2 years minimum post-graduate experience in an acute care setting
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with participants and other healthcare professionals
- Able to work independently and effectively in a team
- Maintain a professional level of confidentiality
- Availability to commit to morning, afternoon and night shifts across a rotating 7-day roster
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 shifts per week
