Position Overview

The role of a Light Vehicle Mechanic involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure the efficient operation of our fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to workshop personnel.
  • Oversee all aspects of the workshop, including task distribution, inventory management, and quality of work.
  • Foster a culture of safety and maintain the workshop environment in compliance with HSE industry standards.
  • Establish systems to guarantee that all vehicles and equipment are kept in optimal condition.
  • Ensure timely servicing and repairs of all vehicles as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and detail of all vehicles.
  • Take responsibility for the workshop and the upkeep of all tools and equipment.
  • Document all incidents related to vehicle operations.

  • Address and resolve any damages or complaints as necessary.
  • Implement training and procedures aimed at enhancing business operations.
