Your Key Responsibilities
  • Guiding families with empathy and clarity from initial contact to final farewell, ensuring their needs are met and their voices heard.
  • Coordinating funeral arrangements, including venues, flowers, music, and other logistical details, to create a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Collaborating with celebrants, clergy, florists, drivers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional service and care.
  • Leading the service on the day, managing logistics, timing, and support to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all involved.
  • Managing important legal documentation and administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Providing a calm and reassuring presence when families need it most, offering emotional support and guidance throughout the process.
