**Job Title:** Risk and Resilience Professional

Overview

The role offers the chance to strengthen operational resilience across key divisions including enterprise services. Working with the Head of Resilience and Reporting, you will support the delivery and continuous improvement of group-wide operational resilience initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support group risk and resilience activities through the provision of monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Monitor resilience risks, controls, incidents, and actions; maintain accurate data on critical operations and associated controls.
  • Support integration of technology and procurement reporting relevant to critical operations; analyze operational resilience data to generate insights for business leaders.
  • Conduct analysis of resilience data for risk committees on the status of operational resilience programs; assist in the review and alignment of resilience-related policies and procedures.
  • Participate in incident and crisis response activities, including post-incident debriefs; contribute to resilience governance forums.
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the operational resilience policy and supporting service catalogue; monitor the performance of critical operations, including risk profiles, control effectiveness, and resilience control testing.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the operational resilience policy; monitor and report on business continuity management and crisis management training.
  • Support senior resilience managers to facilitate scenario testing and exercises, ensuring customer-centric decision-making.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary or professional qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience operationalising enterprise or risk management frameworks (preferred) and/or risk management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated understanding in business resilience and crisis management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and provide specialist advice.
