We are currently seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our Trade Store team based in Mandurah.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety by identifying and addressing any potential hazards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and quality service to meet customer needs through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Navigate the Dynamic system to deliver the best service and product mix, assessing customer requirements through questioning techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date price labels and advertising material in shop front to ensure visual appeal and accuracy.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Prior customer-facing experience and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve complex problems.
  • Self-motivation, discipline, and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Windows PC applications.
  • Industrial supply or trade knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
