Job Title: In Home Support Worker

We have a permanent part-time opportunity available for an In Home Support Worker to deliver exceptional care and support to clients across the Brisbane North region.

Your Role:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans
  • Undertaking domestic duties including cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
  • Offering support services such as shopping, transportation etc
  • Collaborating with the care team using a holistic approach to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • A current Police Screening Certificate
  • A valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • A current Queensland driver's licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
  • Prior experience in a similar role
