About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Sales Assistant to join our team at the Auburn store. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your passion for sneakers and streetwear with customers and team members, and meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to create unforgettable shopping experiences
  • Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for sneakers and streetwear with customers and team members
  • Work effectively within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Meet and exceed sales targets with a self-motivated and proactive approach
  • Support the team during late-night trade, weekends, and Monday to Wednesday daytime shifts
