We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care.
This role involves assisting nurses in providing exceptional patient support activities, helping patients with daily living tasks and mobility, maintaining a clean and safe environment, documenting patient observations accurately, and collaborating with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses in delivering patient care and support services.
- Provide assistance with daily living tasks and mobility aids.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment.
- Document patient observations and interactions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care).
- NDIS Workers Clearance.
- Police Check with no notable offences.
- Australian Workers Rights.
- Vaccinated against COVID-19 & Influenza.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum of 6-months' work experience.
- Skills:
- Compassion and empathy towards patients.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic changes in the healthcare environment.
