Job Role: Data Scientist


About the position:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Data Scientist. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with data sets to generate valuable insights and outcomes.

The role involves working closely with a senior member of the client's team to gain a deep understanding of their Engineering Changes, Configuration Management, Asset Management, and Sustainment activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering skills, ideally in a data-intensive environment, and be able to inform strategy and architecture through research and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data modelling and data analysis
  • Building and developing moderate volume/complexity data pipelines into a production environment
  • Translating visualization designs into physical solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, and Prescriptive Analytics

Requirements:

  • Data modelling and data analysis skills
  • Strong software engineering skills, ideally in a data-intensive environment
  • Informs strategy and architecture through research and industry best practices
