Unlock Business Potential with Data Insights

The ideal candidate will be responsible for extracting, manipulating and interpreting data from customer databases to identify meaningful insights that drive business decisions. This role involves providing insightful reporting, analysis and key metric dashboarding for marketing, sales and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular trend analysis and providing in-depth insight for management within the sales organisation, as well as proactively analysing and reporting on customer profiles to identify opportunities for action that align with the business strategy.

Additionally, the successful candidate will support development work required to maintain the integrity of our data and dataflows.

Deliver insights through written and verbal communication including formal reports and dashboards to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

  • Demonstrated capability with advanced SQL.
  • Demonstrated capability with advanced Excel.
  • Experience working in a central data team.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in an analytical discipline (e.g. statistics, computer science).
