Senior Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Therapist to join our team, working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary environment to deliver high-quality therapy services.

  • This role involves managing a varied caseload of clients with communication and/or swallowing difficulties, providing assessments and therapy in home, clinic, and community settings, and collaborating with clients, families, carers, and support teams.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised therapy plans and recommendations, mentoring and supporting junior team members, and contributing to the growth and development of the team.

About This Role

  • Fully qualified Speech Pathologist with minimum 1-2 years' experience supporting clients in Australia
  • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
  • Current and unrestricted membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full Australian working rights
