Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Job Description
As an Senior Consultant in Experian's Credit Services division, you will play a critical role in providing subject matter expertise to our clients across a broad range of areas, including comprehensive credit reporting, responsible lending, best practice bureau strategy across the credit lifecycle, credit modelling, and open banking.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in consultative and professional ways with clients to identify problems and define, design, and deliver solutions.
  • Partnering with sales teams as a trusted adviser to key clients (both prospective and existing) to provide consultation and drive their business strategies.
  • Helping to build pipeline for customer analytics and retros, and working closely with the credit services analytics team.
  • SUPPORTING SOLUTION DESIGN FOR CLIENTS BY FACILITATING WORKSHOPS, GATHERING AND VALIDATING REQUIREMENTS.
  • Working in tandem with Product Management to optimise existing solutions and to define and develop new capabilities and offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Deep domain knowledge with ideally 8+ years of experience in credit risk, customer management, collections, modelling, analytics, and credit bureau.
  • The ability to work effectively with different work and communication styles, required to work successfully with a broad range of customers and Experian team members.
  • A strong commercial understanding and the ability to demonstrate return on investment.
