Early Careers Development Professional

Mott MacDonald seeks a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our Graduate and Internship Learning Programs across our Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design the annual Graduate learning calendar and facilitate non-technical workshops.
  • Coach SMEs to deliver impactful technical and professional learning.
  • Deliver the annual graduate innovation event - Festival of Wild Ideas.
  • Upskill graduate people managers and coach the regional graduate committee.
  • Manage graduate learning via LMS and lead external benchmarking (e.g. AAGE).
Program Highlights
  • Graduate Program: Facilitate the development of structured learning programs, coach SMEs for technical learning delivery, and manage graduate learning via LMS.
  • Internship Program: Develop internship opportunities, facilitate workshops, and provide coaching for interns.
About You
  • Proven experience in program design and facilitation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and HR systems.
  • Passionate about early careers development.
