Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist

We're seeking a talented Early Careers Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent from universities and high schools.

Your primary focus will be on managing the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition, ensuring that diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in our processes and programs. You'll cultivate value-led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutions, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organizations.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects in the campus recruitment space that interest you. This includes managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous talent acquisition experience
  • A passion for or exposure to early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high-volume hiring
  • A confident communicator and presenter
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
