Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operational Assurance Specialist to oversee data validation, monitor scheduling changes, and ensure contract compliance. This critical role is responsible for reviewing ship loading documentation and maintaining data accuracy in various measurements.

Key Responsibilities

This entry-level position involves overseeing data validation, monitoring scheduling changes, and ensuring contract compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience in port operations and transhipping.

Requirements
  • Diploma in mining, marine, supply chain, or related field (desirable)
  • Current WA Driver's License – C Class
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience in port operations and transhipping
  • Ability to prioritize workload effectively
  • Current or ability to obtain a Maritime Security Card (MSIC)
