
Medical Sales Representative

Territory Managers are highly skilled professionals responsible for driving business growth and expanding market share within designated territories. Their key role involves conducting sales activities, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct sales activities to gain growth and market share with existing and new customers through negotiation, customer focus, and education.
- Build strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities and provide value through product knowledge and understanding of their needs.
- Evolving into a product expert, offering clinical and technical insights in hospital settings.
- Devise a strategic business plan and monitor your territory, sharing findings with the Regional Manager.
- Address product issues using knowledge and resourcefulness.
- Be present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and staff, providing technical expertise to registrars, nurses, and other personnel as required.
- Oversee the maintenance of product inventory.
- An allied health career or qualification with a strong desire to transition into medical device sales.
- A proven track record of influencing sales, whether in retail, hospitality, customer service, or another sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset, always striving to exceed expectations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and propose effective solutions.
