Pool Educators

At Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, we are seeking a passionate and motivated Swim Instructor to join our team at our brand new state-of-the-art 5 Star pool facility in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching swimming and working with children of all ages. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and safe lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our members.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Teaching infant, toddler, and adult swimming classes;
• Liaising with parents and guardians to ensure their child's learning journey is enjoyable and effective;
• Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for all swimmers;

We require applicants to possess:

• AUSTSWIM qualifications or equivalent;
• Working with Children Check clearance;
• Senior First Aid certification; and
• Current Resuscitation Certificate.

• A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience);
