Key Responsibilities:
- Verify student attendance
- Distribute and collect examination papers and materials
- Ensure compliance with exam regulations
- Manage any exam irregularities in accordance with procedures
Requirements:
- Working With Children's Check
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong organisational skills
- Flexibility and willingness to work varying hours
- Knowledge of exam regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail
Besides these core responsibilities, you will also maintain the confidentiality and security of assessment materials and report any incidents or issues to the appropriate staff member.
