About the Role

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for leading the design strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives that align with our clients' business goals as well as REA's vision.

You will conduct research to identify industry trends and user needs, develop and articulate a clear product design vision, and create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and visual designs that meet the highest standards.

  • Experience working in eCommerce (brand or agency side) is highly desirable
  • Strong Discovery skills
  • A solutions-focused mindset
  • An experimentation mindset, working through ambiguity to have impact at scale
