Job Title: Tyre Support Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tyre Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our B2B customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, web, and live chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Product Support: Offer expert advice and support on tyreconnect products and services, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions to support the day-to-day operations of the tyres business, including product support, suppliers, and logistics providers.
Requirements:
- Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering positive outcomes.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of tyreconnect products and services, with the ability to provide expert advice and support.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
