About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Tyre Technician. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the tyre industry, working with a leading provider of earthmover and off-road tyre management services to the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fitting, removing, and performing maintenance on wheels on various types of vehicles
  • Performing inspections and determining the suitability of wheel components
  • Entering data and recording information into our tyre management database
  • Maintaining pressures and quality in accordance with site specifications
  • Providing a high level of service to our clients
Requirements
  • Hold a valid driving license (minimum open C class manual license)
  • Hold a Worksafe (HRWL) Forklift Ticket
  • A strong safety and procedural focus
  • Mechanical aptitude would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player
  • Ability to represent our company professionally
  • Ability to pass pre-employment medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and a current police check
