Business Banking Professional

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking professional to join our team in Erina. As a key member of the business banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing tailored financial solutions to meet the evolving needs of Australian small businesses.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and objectives, offering relevant and timely financial solutions.
  • Originate a range of financial solutions for businesses, including commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking products.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, proactively engaging them to support their business and personal goals.
  • Represent the organization within the local business community, promoting awareness of our business banking proposition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation and Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 2 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.
