Lead Software Engineering Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Development Manager to lead and mentor our software engineering team.

About the Role
  • This is a key leadership position that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and grow a team of software engineers.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing the full software development lifecycle, from design and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and career development planning to help team members grow and succeed.
  • Oversee the development of high-quality software solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Drive technical excellence by ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
  • Provide hands-on support in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs) development when required.
Requirements
  • Strong technical expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and grow a team of software engineers.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
