Product Marketing Professional Opportunity

 

Stryker is seeking an ambitious and customer-focused professional to progress and grow their career with a leading global medical device company.

The successful candidate will drive market activity for existing products and new lines, developing promotional campaigns that capture additional market share. They will also develop strong relationships with the sales team, aligning with marketing plans, and provide direction, leadership and support to the team, ensuring functions meet strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor market dynamics, assessing the influence of marketing strategies on the customer base
- Identify new marketing sales and product development opportunities

Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in scientific, biological, engineering or business disciplines
- Previous marketing and/or sales experience in the medical field
- Strong leadership skills, building relationships, educating and training internal and external stakeholders
- Negotiation skills, understanding the most appropriate approach to win business
- Capacity to assimilate medical technology, analyse and interpret clinical statistical data and marketing data relating to the product portfolio and industry
- Strong technical product knowledge, training and educating internal and external stakeholders
