As a Care Worker, you'll play a vital role in facilitating positive health and well-being options for individuals, their families, and carers. Your duties will include:
- Provision of Person-Centred Care Duties: Provide a wide range of person-centred care duties, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration (if certified), and wound dressing.
- Resident Empowerment: Work closely with each resident to continue doing the things they love, promoting independence and autonomy.

To be successful in this position, you'll need:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support (or working towards)

- Current First Aid Certificate desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with a high level of motivation
