**Role Overview:**

Casual Educators play a crucial role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children. They are flexible, team-oriented professionals who support centres and children wherever and whenever needed.

In this position, you will actively contribute to the education program in the room and centre team, engage and supervise children at all times, maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members, build and maintain strong relationships with children and families, comply with National Quality Standards, and support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program
  • Supervise and engage children in activities
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Support the centre team in maintaining high-quality standards

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification
  • A current Queensland Working with Children Check
  • The ability to travel between other local services as required
  • Flexible availability between Monday and Friday, 6:30am-6:30pm
