
Remote HR Assistant

This is a full-time remote independent contractor position.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional to oversee the company's recruitment efforts, provide day-to-day support for all HR-related functions and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth and seamless operational efficiency.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day recruitment responsibilities including but not limited to: creating and posting job advertisements, conducting proactive outreach to candidates, resume screening, conducting initial interviews and managing the applicant tracking system.
The role also involves providing admin support for all human resources responsibilities, assisting with task management to ensure team members are completing tasks on time, scheduling and facilitating meetings, being a peer accountability partner and conducting research.
In addition, the successful candidate will create and update Word and Excel documents, as well as assist with special projects.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Office Management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Administrative/HR assistant/Recruiting role
- Strong time management, project management and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Assertive, trustworthy and proactive
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
