Opportunity for Part-Time Facilities Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Management professional to join our team as a part-time facilities coordinator.
Main ResponsibilitiesThe primary role involves coordinating and managing facility repairs and maintenance by working with technicians, vendors, and contractors. This includes performing facility inspections quality assurance following local, state, and federal regulations, suggesting operational efficiencies, repairs, and upgrade opportunities, and managing environmental health and safety procedures for facilities.
You will also oversee vendor relationships and invoicing procedures, conduct process and procedure training on maintenance, repairs, and safety best practices, lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with the company's values, influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement, and identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.

This is a part-time role offering 3 days a week flexibility. You will have the opportunity to work with well-known brands across various client accounts, providing regular leave cover for facility management roles.
