Part Time Facilities Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team.
- Keep the reception area clean and presentable
- Manage conference room bookings, moving meetings and changing schedules
- Assist in organizing and coordinating events
- Provide administrative support for facilities operations
This is a part-time position based in Sydney CBD. A variety of responsibilities and activities will be undertaken within the facilities team.
About this role:To be successful you must be outgoing and personable with a desire to provide quality customer service. You will be a collaborative team player who solves problems hands-on and can prioritise and juggle various responsibilities. Adaptability and flexibility in changing situations are essential.
You will need experience in administration or exposure to facilities management, along with a sound knowledge of IT packages.
