Data Integration Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will oversee the performance and reliability of critical data integration and file transfer platforms.
This role requires strong technical expertise in Sterling (File Gateway / B2B Integrator) and Informatica (PowerCenter and/or Informatica Cloud).
Responsibilities include managing incident resolution, root cause analysis, and preventive measures for critical services. You will also collaborate with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to ensure timely escalations and patching.
Maintenance and improvement of monitoring, alerting, and runbooks are crucial to operational excellence. Additionally, you will participate in Change Management to ensure risk-mitigated deployments into production.
You will work closely with project teams to support solution design, onboarding of new integrations, and production readiness.
Compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements must be adhered to at all times, especially regarding data handling and system access.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Sterling configuration, issue resolution, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Informatica, including mappings, workflows, and administration.
- Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, AS2) and large-volume file handling.
- Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys), monitoring (e.g., AppDynamics, Splunk), and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
