Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and friendly service to guests during the restaurant service period, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ensure all checklists are completed daily with attention to detail
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in general operational tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient service
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests to drive future bookings and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
  • Have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Be authorized to work in Australia
  • Be enthusiastic about career growth and development, with a strong desire to learn and improve
  • Be self-motivated and driven in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills
