We are seeking a highly skilled Software Testing Manager to join our team at Pyramid Global Technologies in Perth.

  • You will estimate and obtain management support for the time, resources, and budget required to perform testing.
  • You will lead the Testing Team to project success by deploying and managing resources for testing.
  • You will define the scope of testing within the context of each release or delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing testing resources.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
