Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Day Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the restaurant operations and services for our day services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up the restaurant for service, ensuring a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Support in reservations coordination and manage the front-of-house operations.
  • Run lunch service and set up the evening team for success.
  • Lead and hold a team accountable to high standards with humility and care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our daytime corporate guests.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a senior, supervisor, duty manager, host, or as a front-of-house/restaurant manager.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant with table service and a high focus on guest experience.
  • A proven ability to lead and hold a team accountable to high standards with humility and care.
  • An obsessive level of detail and organization to set up every service for success.
  • A genuine love for hospitality and looking after people with great banter.
  • An outgoing personality who enjoys being part of a fun, hard-working, and supportive team.
