Project Management Assistant – ICT

We are seeking an experienced professional to support the delivery of complex ICT projects within a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, Canberra-based role requiring active security clearances and organisational suitability assessments.

  • Assist with the development and submission of project procurement documentation
  • Provide contract management support, including tracking deliverables and managing closures
  • Maintain schedules, track risks and issues, and manage project financials and resource plans
  • Deliver administrative support, including record-keeping, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Apply configuration control over assets and manage asset documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supporting complex ICT projects
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of Defence financial systems and project administration processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a secure environment

Candidates must be Australian Citizens with active security clearances.
