Leadership Opportunity in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to drive the success of our centre. This is a unique opportunity for a confident Service Manager or a 2IC ready to step up into leadership, to make a meaningful impact.

About the Role:

  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, compliance, and performance
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs
  • Foster strong and respectful relationships with families and the community
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with your director to drive goals and objectives
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared success

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (recognised)
  • Previous experience in a Centre Director, Service Manager, or 2IC role
  • In-depth understanding of early childhood education principles and regulations
  • Current certifications in Blue Card, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, and Food Safety
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
  • A proactive, collaborative, and child-centred approach
