About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our Databricks team in Perth, WA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, while continuing to grow and expand our existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our target accounts
  • Utilize a solution-selling approach to create value for our customers and drive business growth
  • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases within each account to maximize Databricks' impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical and business results to our customers
  • Promote the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Spark

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries
  • Experience working with C-Level executives and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Ability to articulate complex cloud technologies and big data concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Success in breaking into new accounts while growing existing accounts
  • Experience exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions
