Cream Filling Production Assistant

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment producing fresh cream-filled pastries. As a Cream Filling Production Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and cleaning equipment, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, and meeting food quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a food manufacturing facility or be willing to undergo training. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential, as this role requires collaboration with other team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and clean equipment to ensure efficient production
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food quality standards
  • Run production independently after receiving proper training
  • Lift heavy loads
  • Follow recipes and processes, including traceability
  • Be computer literate
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Communicate with other teams within the business
