About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutrition Manager to drive our nutrition strategy, develop programs that enhance performance and profitability across farms and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing team to deliver timely technical support to farming operations and feedmill teams
  • Formulate diets for pig farming operations and external clients (multi-species)
  • Provide expert technical support in animal nutrition, feed formulation, and feed manufacture
  • Develop and refine feed products for external markets
  • Oversee quality control of raw materials and finished feed
  • Manage feed cost budgets and raw material usage reporting
  • Lead pig nutrition-related trials with our Research & Innovation Unit
  • Coordinate weekly nutrition meetings and monthly performance reports
  • Ensure timely production and delivery of research diets
  • Review and meet annual objectives aligned with business goals
  • Collaborate across departments to support key activities
  • Uphold company policies and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Perform other duties as directed

About You:

A relevant tertiary qualification in animal nutrition or a related field, strong knowledge and experience in feed formulation and nutrition principles, intensive animal production systems, advanced computer and data analysis skills, excellent communication, reporting, and logistics capabilities, a collaborative mindset, strong time management and confidentiality skills, and a current driver's license are essential for this role.

They must also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be able to communicate effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.
