Social Services Talent Acquisitions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent for various social services roles across Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, with experience in sourcing and pipeline management. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop innovative strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.

Requirements- Talent Acquisition Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the social services sector.
- Sourcing Strategies: Ability to develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse range of candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Commitment to delivering a positive recruitment and onboarding experience for all candidates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- NFP salary packaging plus meals and entertainment benefits.
- Hybrid working arrangement with minimum 2 days in office.
- Paid parental leave – 12 weeks.
