Job Title: Oncology and Clinical Trials Pharmacist

Raven's Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist to join their oncology and clinical trials team at a state-of-the-art surgical centre located in the scenic coastal suburb of Frankston.

Job Summary:

This role presents a unique opportunity for a hospital pharmacist aiming to specialize and advance their career in the oncology field. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical screening of cancer care medications, coordinating the setup of new clinical trials, and managing the supply of cancer care medications for day oncology patients using CHARM software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical screening of cancer care medications to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Coordinating the setup of new clinical trials, including negotiations with sponsors.
  • Managing the supply of cancer care medications for day oncology patients using CHARM software.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hospital setting, preferably in oncology.
  • General registration with AHPRA.
  • Knowledge of CHARM software is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team of clinical and operational pharmacists.
