We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our team and drive the delivery of cultural capability and cultural safety across First Nations communities. This role will play a crucial part in improving outcomes and service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants, people, and the community.
The ideal candidate will have highly developed cultural competency and a deep understanding of the issues affecting First Nations peoples and communities. They will be able to communicate sensitively and effectively with First Nations people and possess excellent organisational, project management, and planning skills.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, communities, and individuals to build relationships and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. You will also demonstrate well-developed leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills and a strong sense of self-awareness, working to foster respect, inclusion, and cultural and psychosocial safety in the workplace.
