About the Role
We are seeking passionate professionals to work as Placement Liaison Officers for our Community Service Programs. This role involves using industry experience and expertise to assist students throughout their placements, ensuring they meet expectations and thrive through these experiences.
The Placement Liaison Officer will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and enhancing relationships with stakeholders to secure student placements
- Acting as the primary contact for fieldwork placements, coordinating student support and evaluating activities
- Organizing student information sessions, orientation presentations, and ensuring liaison services meet compliance standards
- Managing placement records, assessing student performance, and identifying and addressing any placement issues promptly
- Complying with organizational policies and contributing to team meetings and professional development initiatives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A Post Grad degree or higher in community work, social welfare, human services, Psychology or related fields
- Three or more years of relevant industry experience
- Commitment to ongoing professional development with at least 20 hours annually
- Leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in data entry, database management, and online learning platforms, with strong report writing skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently under minimal supervision
