Responsibilities

As a Cert III Qualified Educator seeking to complete your Diploma, you will:

  • Work as part of a team to provide quality education and care while observing and implementing the policies, procedures, values and philosophies of G8 centres.
  • Support children in their development and learning through nurturing relationships and positive interactions.
  • Provide children with physical care.
  • Observe and document children's learning and development and assist in the day-to-day operation of the room.
What We Need From You
  • Successful completion of a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • The willingness and motivation to study towards a Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • A current Working with Children Check or the ability to gain one.
  • Dedication to developing children and fostering their potential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Friendly and energetic approach.
