Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Service Scheduler to join our team in the South East/Inner West area. As a Service Scheduler, you will play a critical role in supporting the provisioning of efficient delivery of home services to our clients. You will provide exceptional customer service, consistent with BaptistCare's service scheduling principles, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the highest quality care is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling and rostering support to ensure efficient delivery of home services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and stakeholders
  • Utilize customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of applications to manage scheduling and client information
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Proficiency in the operation of customer databases and Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Scheduling/rostering experience in a similar role within Aged Care/Health Care setting preferred
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
