Job Overview

Citi's senior associate role involves providing strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions within the Financial Institutions sector.

This position will be based in Sydney and will focus on executing business activities associated with FI clients.

  • Support the execution of capital markets and advisory business activities.
  • Leverage past investment banking experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.
  • Contribute to building the company's franchise.
  • Manage and mentor analysts by providing guidance and feedback.
  • Drive workstreams as the key intermediary between seniors and analysts.
  • Assess risk appropriately when making business decisions.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience creating financial analyses.
  • Problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with teams.
  • Financial Institutions coverage experience is preferred but not required.
