And now, for the first time in a while… we are looking to hire an experienced M&A Associate to join our high-performing Transaction team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that: ·Combines institutional-grade transaction skills with a boutique feel ·Is made up of a high-performing, highly skilled senior team · Offers full exposure to end-to-end deals; buy-side, sell-side, and capital raises ·Champions flexibility, balance, and authenticity in everything we do ·Has a relentless focus on strategic growth and helping founders become "Game Ready" We are after someone who: Has 3–5+ years of experience in M&A with a strong background in financial modelling, writing information memorandums and pitch decks and doing outstanding desktop research Loves fast-paced environments and working closely with founders Can juggle multiple tasks at once, working with precise execution at high speed Understands business development and deal origination and has a keen eye for wanting to win new work Is ready to take ownership and mentor junior talent Has a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and is either qualified as a CA or CPA or pursuing the final stages of this program If you're a self-starter with ambition, attention to detail, and a passion for dealmaking, we'd love to hear from you.
