We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Storeperson to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for receiving and replenishing goods, picking and packing parts orders, loading and unloading freight, conducting quality control checks and audits, and liaising with freight providers to manage dispatch of parts.
About the Role- Receiving and replenishment of goods: You will be responsible for accurately receiving and storing parts in a safe and organized manner.
- Picking and packing of parts orders: You will efficiently pick and pack parts orders to meet customer deadlines.
- Loading and unloading of freight: You will safely load and unload freight from vehicles to ensure timely delivery.
- Quality control checks and audits: You will conduct regular quality control checks and audits to ensure that parts meet our high standards.
- Liaising with freight providers: You will work closely with freight providers to manage the dispatch of parts and ensure timely delivery.
- Prior experience in a Storeperson role: You will have prior experience working in a Storeperson role, with a proven track record of delivering results.
- Relevant licenses: You will hold a current LF Forklift License and have relevant experience operating heavy machinery.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: You will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, customers, and freight providers.
- Able to manage competing priorities: You will be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing demands to deliver high-quality results.
- Strong safety focus: You will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and have a proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.
