We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mobile Service Technician to join our team of professionals who provide top-notch vehicle servicing and repair directly in customers' neighbourhoods.

About the Role:
  • To succeed as a Mobile Mechanic, you must possess excellent mechanical knowledge and skills, enabling you to provide high-quality services on-site when customers cannot bring their vehicles to our workshops.
  • You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and recommend necessary repairs;
  2. Diagnosing complex problems and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner;
  3. Maintaining accurate records of service performed, including parts used and labour hours worked;
  4. Providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns, and resolving any issues that may arise during or after service completion;
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanic, with a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance;
  • Possession of relevant qualifications, such as a certificate or diploma in Automotive Repair or a related field;
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and customers alike;
