Program Manager: Gender Responsive Healthcare Model

This role oversees the implementation and strategic support for projects at both a portfolio and program level.
The ideal candidate will develop a scalable and commercially viable model for Men in Mind, grounded in insights from the Australian rollout.
Responsibilities include designing an evidence-informed implementation framework and international rollout planning, including tools that support effective decision-making, costing, and operational readiness.
A successful candidate will have:
- Experience managing national or large-scale programs in health, mental health or public health
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing scalable program models with measurable impact
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen, including experience with budgeting and sustainability planning
